Peru
Peru
is strategically located in the central region of South America.
Ecuador and Colombia border it on the north, Brazil and Bolivia
are on the east, Chile lies on the south and the Pacific Ocean
gives shape to the coastline on the west.
Peru
is a land enshrouded in a mantle of myth and legend, born from
volcano and water, from clouds, desert and jungle. Poets refer
to the sacredness of Peru, calling it the son of the Birds and
the Sun, the beautiful gift of the topics and the Andes. The Amazon
was the Paradise of the Earth for the first colonists, and so
it remains for lovers of ecology and nature today.
Peru
is very rich in its archeological monuments belonging to great
pre-Inca civilizations dating back several millenniums before
Christ. Engineering was developed during that time, utilizing
fascinating techniques to challenge the hostile world of nature.
Social organization and the development of medicine, agriculture,
and the textile and metallurgical industries are only some of
the other achievements of that era that make Peru an exquisite
place to visit and admire.

Lima.-
Lima,
the Capital del Peru, the "City of Kings," was inhabited
for many centuries before the arrival of the Spaniards. Evidence
of this is found in temples scattered all over the valley surrounding
the original city. Now growth of the city has left them submerged
in its interior, most especially the Temple of Pachacamac. Lima
was founded by Francisco Pizarro on January 18, 1535. Its numerous
museums, churches and colossal houses and buildings dating from
colonial times and its other tourist attractions make this beautiful
city called the "Garden City" an extremely interesting
place to visit.

Cuzco.-
Cuzco, the capital of the Incan empire, is also known as
the "Archeological Capital of America and the Cultural
Patrimony of Humanity." This important religious, cultural,
administrative and military center is situated 3,350 meters
above sea level. Stone constructions dating back to the
Inca era lend a special kind of color and form to its streets,
while at the same time, colonial structures built over the
Inca walls can be observed. The best example of this is
the Santo Domingo church build over the "Korinchacha,"
the Temple of the Sun. Cuzco is the point of departure for
a visit to Macchu Picchu. Cuzco is a city that invites its
visitors to take a leisurely stroll and enjoy the red tile
roofs, narrow side streets, diverse crafts and folklore.
Your visit will be an unforgettable experience.

is the expression of man's work in harmony with his environment.
The fortress is situated atop a narrow mountain peak overlooking
a turbulent river and is surrounded by the intense greenness
of a flange of jungle mountains where ecological stages
are easily observed in the midst of its diversity of flora
and fauna. This complex, located three and a half hours
from Cuzco, was discovered in 1911. A visit to the site
