Hotel & Diving Packages

These packages are for persons who want to add a few days of fabulous diving in Galapagos to their regular cruise. The packages offer a test immersion in Academy Bay and then two dives per day in different Galapagos sites. Accommodations in a hotel in Puerto Ayora, daily diving tours, complete gear, transfers to/from the airport in Galapagos, breakfast and a box lunch on tour days are all included.

The packages are for 5 days / 4 nights and for 8 days / 7 nights. There are departures every day of the week.

In order to confirm a hotel and diving package, at least 3 passengers are needed. If you do not have a group of at least 3 people who want to dive, let us know as soon as posible so we can plan the departure and try to complete your group.

Packages vary depending on the category of the hotel and the diving sites. The gear, launch and dive master are always the same.

4.- Hotel Fiesta/Estrella de Mar (Tourist Class)


Sample Diving Program

8 days / 7 nights

Experience: Recommended for any licensed diver

The package includes:

  • 1 test dive and 6 days of fantastic diving (2 dives per day) in a relaxed environment with a professional crew
  • Complete diving gear. There is a discount on the package if the passenger takes his/her own gear.
  • Transfer from airport to selected hotel to airport with a Galacruises representative. There is an additional charge for private transportation.
  • Private transportation and a visit to the high part of the Island with lunch in Puerto Ayora can also be arranged for an extra fee.
  • Accommodations at the selected hotel include taxes.
  • Breakfast every day.
  • Lunch on diving tour days.

Diving itinerary:

  • 1 test dive in Academy Bay.
  • 1 day of diving in Academy Bay. (If the diver has had sufficient experience, another place may be chosen.)
  • 2 days with overnight stays on Floreana Island: 4 immersions in the area, 4 meals and accommodations at the Wittmer Hostal.
  • 3 days of diving at Rocas Gordón, Seymour, Bartolomé, Daphne, Mosquera or some other similar site.
